Pilates
Pilates is a whole body and mind concept developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It has has since developed from its early conception to have both incredible fitness and clinical properties, which is why here at Waves we are so passionate about it as a mind-body health platform. We offer group-, private- and semi-private sessions.
Intake session
Are you new to Pilates or Waves? If you have no injuries then please feel free to book any beginner class. If you have an injury or health condition, or not sure which level is best for you we advise an individual intake session (30, 60 or 90min) so that you begin your journey with us as efficiently, effectively and as safe as possible.
