What
The Foundations Programme involves more than healthy weight support. Our integrated approach includes:
- Exercise guidance & personal training: structured sessions and follow-up with certified personal trainers Justine & Marie focused on building strength, mobility, endurance, and overcoming emotional barriers
- Nutritional coaching: personalised nutrition guidance and continuous follow-up, including behavioural coaching with registered dietitian Mirthe, tailored to your personal medical needs and lifestyle.
When
The Foundations Programme starts in November and runs for an entire year at Waves Leuven, supported by our full interdisciplinary team.
Enrollment is open year-round, even though the programme starts at the beginning of each quarter: 1st week of November, 1st week of February, 1st week of May and 1st week of August. Participants begin the process in the phase active at the time of their enrollment.

- Are recovering from bariatric surgery
- Are just looking for a way to build sustainable food & lifestyle habits that support your physical and mental health in the long run
Our mission is to empower you to take control of your health — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you are living with low body weight, obesity or you’re recovering from bariatric surgery, our goal is to guide you on your journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life with expert care and compassion.
Investment
We have two pricing options:
Basic Package : € 177 per month
- 4 Group Classes per month
- 2 Individual Sessions (30min) per month
Extensive Package : € 249 per month
- 4 Group Classes per month
- 4 Individual Sessions (30min) per month
Both packages include Home Exercise Programmes & Quarterly workshops around relevant topics.
Important Note: This membership is always for a minimum of 6 months to help us get the best results with your goals!
