Marie Berghmans

Marie is currently completing her final year of the Master’s Physical Education and Movement Sciences at the KULeuven. Part of this Master’s program is developing yourself as a coach in a discipline of your choice, and as she had been practicing and teaching Pilates prior to her studies, choosing her discipline was a no-brainer. This was her way into the Polestar Comprehensive Training here in Leuven with Katina, so join her for her apprentice classes to have some nice personalised sessions with her!

Marie brings an energetic yet focused quality to her classes. She comes from a gymnastics background and has a great eye for the body, but also loves to challenge and get people moving!!
